Question – What makes your carpet cleaning different from your competitors ?
Answer – All of our customers receive a free estimate at the time of arrival. We review the problem area’s and provide an honest, itemized list of the services that are needed. We use truck-mounted state-of-the-art equipment, hot water extraction (steam), environmentally safe detergents, and sanitizers, that are chosen for their effectiveness, environmental compatibility and our respect for people with sensitivity to traditional cleaning detergents. Our products are child and pet-friendly (safe).

Question – What is the normal drying time after the carpets are cleaned ?
Answer – It normally takes anywhere from 3 to 6 hours, depending on the type of carpet that you have and the humidity conditions. If you set you’re A/C between 72 and 78 degrees and leave it set in the on position for approximately 3 to 6 hours, you’re A/C works as if it were a small dehumidifier and begins to pull the moisture out of the house.
Question – What should I do to prepare for a professional carpet cleaning ?
Answer – Remove the small furniture, breakables, and electronics off of the carpet that is to be cleaned. Pick up any debris from the carpet. We do move furniture such as couches, love seats, chairs, coffee tables, end tables, night stands etc…
Question – How long should I wait before I walk on the carpet ?
Answer – You can walk on the carpet immediately if you need to, just make sure that your bare feet or shoes are clean. Although, it is recommended that you limit traffic until the carpet is dry, so that the fibers can better settle into their natural shape.
Question – Will my carpet look like new when you are finished ?
Answer – The cleaning process we use removes dirt, oil grease, etc… from the carpet and “ fluffs “ the fabric, creating a brighter and more uniform appearance. However, in traffic area’s the movement and pressure from walking will have worn the fibers from when they were new, which causes a difference in light reflection and gives the appearance of light soiling. This is a natural part of wear and does not mean it is dirty
